I had gone out of town and came back to issues with my AC. James from team Enoch was assigned to my case and he was wonderful to work with. He figured out the problem right away and my AC was back to working in no time! Highly recommend James and Team Enoch for any AC issues.
Team Enoch delivered and installed correct new equipment on time, efficiently and got it right the first time. Installers were professional, friendly and communicative. They left everything clean and organized. Their pricing and approach is very transparent.They provided excellent advice on the right size of equipment for the house. No hard sell. They clearly want to make sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend.
James R. worked for 2 days on some updates to our AC and Heater. He was awesome. Professional, timely, and efficient. He explained what he was doing and how it works, and made me confident in the company. James is the man!
