I've never been a fan of gyms, until coming here. A wonderful community, who care and are quick to educate, support and encourage. Dog friendly, and owned by the sweetest family. Over the last year this has become my happy place and gym home.
I have purchased a lot of different training services and trained at even more gyms, but Award Winning Fitness hands down my favorite. It’s a small supportive, environment with trainers that always available to spot and give guidance. They care about you and your fitness goals. I definitely recommend Mitch and his team.
AWF is by far my favorite place to train. Not only is it like having your own personal gym to train in (vs all the “big gyms” with way too many people on all the equipment) but the trainers truly care about your progress and making you the best you can be whether you’re a transformation client or a competitor. It’s home away from home?
