“We had really high expectations for this place after we saw their website and with just the way the store looked. They have a great selection of material and different products, but the service we got was definitely hit or miss. One time we worked with a sales person who was knowledgeable and relatively friendly. The next time we were with someone who had no clue and took forever to get us prices. The desk we sat at was littered with papers and everything looked to be written down on post its and paper notebooks. It looked and felt really unorganized, we were a bit uncomfortable but really needed the order asap so we went ahead and ordered it. From there, it was a run around of unreturned phone calls, missed delivery dates and pretty much awful communication. We could never get a straight answer on anything. We finally did receive our product, but at a much later date than promised. It is a really nice place, but we were really disappointed with their service.“
