Frank is an awesome trainer. I have had trainers in the past, and no one has ever measured up to the attention to detail and targeted training I have had with Frank. I have lost over 25 lbs and gained confidence, energy, and extensive knowledge about how my body works and how to train it properly inside and outside of the gym. I am so happy to have found him! Any one thinking of giving him a shot will not be disappointed. Trust Frank and trust the process and you will be well on your way to your goals!
I started training with Frank recently, and the experience has been great. During training, Frank is patient and encouraging, and explains everything well. I'm the kind of person that if I know the MOA I'll do it better. He is very knowledgeable with that.Also, there is a meal plan for me to follow, and it helps me to eat well without starving myself.He also answers messages promptly so when I have questions outside of training, I still get answers.I have several years of weight- lifting, yet having a personal trainer is still very helpful. I started training at ZERO Training Center in preparation for my 50th birthday and I’m hooked! My trainer, Frank, is extremely knowledgeable and emphasizes proper technique to avoid injury. My workouts are customized to ensure progress, promote functional body symmetry, and enhance performance. The trainers and clients collectively create a pleasant training environment without distractions such as large crowds, waiting for equipment to become available, and excessive socializing.
