I had a membership here earlier this year. I liked the salon but some of the workers never seemed pleased with their job. On a few occasions I had to wait but usually getting to a bed is quick. I liked my experience but I won't become a member again.

Rayne was absolutely wonderful! Completely honest and helpful since it was my first time tanning somewhere besides self-tanner or someone’s private home salon and she took the worry out if it! She was also a rock star because it was two hours before close and the salon got very busy and she handled it like a pro by herself with no stress and without being overwhelmed. Even when a not-so-nice customer came in, she was very accommodating to her and didn’t let it get her down. Very clean and efficient and mine and boyfriend’s tans look amazing! Definitely considering signing up for the monthly plan.

I went in for a tan this weekend and I had such a great experience! It was my first time at a PBT and the lady at the counter was very helpful. She went over all of the pricing options for both sunless tans and bed tans, as well as options if I wanted to get a membership (I ended up getting one) and the perks for each one. For the membership levels, she had everything pulled up on an iPad and showed me all the details, perks, and prices up front, as well as options for upgrading or downgrading, or cancelling. She also did a skin-type quiz before we did any tanning to determine how long and which bed would be best for me (I'm mixed-race Egyptian/White and I tan very easily, so she recommended 8 minutes in a level 1 or 2 bed for my first time). For lotions, she offered me either a sample or buying a bottle. They had the full product selection and I opted for their Emerald lotion since I'd read very good reviews about it. It's pricey and their top of the line product, but it smells good and is very moisturizing. However, they have a huge selection of other lotions, including hemp-based lotions and sunscreens (which I always wear anyway, even in a bed!). PBT also has an app now that you can use to track your member rewards and tan times, find salons, and even check in and pay electronically instead of swiping a card. The minimum time between tans is 24 hours to allow the skin to recover and develop the tan, and they do enforce it but you also get a reminder in the app as well. The salon itself was very clean, all the beds were sanitized, and there wasn't a big wait either. It was a great laid-back experience and I definitely recommend this location!
