“I'm not the kind of female who frequently gets her nails done. I don't like long nails as it looks tacky. I didn't grow up at the salon. I just recently started coming to the nail parlor because my coworker got me into this gig. The first time I came to Bella, it was during Halloween season. I wanted to get something to match the holiday. Upon my arrival, I told the staff what I wanted and they matched the photo that I presented to them. What I enjoyed about this parlor more than others was it's traditional atmosphere. It felt like a mom and pop environment. Not too fancy inside. Pretty basic. The foot massage was okay, not as good as my experience at Everly Nails in Kyle. The staff is very friendly and nice. The establishment is clean and sanitary. It's not in a crowded parking lot like nearby nail store. I always request short nails so it'll easier for me to type for my occupation. They did exactly what I expected and asked for. I love the music that they play; it's so calming. The prices are very reasonable and affordable.“

“Large salon so I didn't have a long wait. I got ombré nails and they really did a wonderful job. They cost $60 which is the most economical price I have seen. They offer beverages to their clients. Would go back.“

“I don't often write reviews, but my experience today at Serenity Nail & Spa was amazing! My friend and I were actually on our way to go to another nail salon. She had tested them out the day before, though, and wasn't thrilled with what she got. Thank God, our neighbor started telling us about Serenity nails, just as we were on our way out. Her experience with them through the years was so good, we cancelled our appointment with the other salon and went straight to Serenity. And boy were we glad we did!! The place is amazing! “My first time here because I followed my nail tech. My experience was awesome. My pedicure came with a mini type of massage but who doesn't need that to help relax. The staff was nice and very customer service friendly. The manager there is Alex and he was great. If you go in, tell him Ms. Tee sent you.

Stylist: My nail tech is Lyly. I've been getting my nails done from her for almost 2 years now. You gotta try her out. I promise you'll never leave her. The person who did my pedicure was Linda. This was my first time with her and she was outstanding. I'm not the type to complain if I get bad service. I just won't give you a second time. Safe to say that Linda will get my service from here on out for my pedicures. That says it all!“
