I had a wonderful experience from the moment I entered the clinic. The two ladies at the reception desk were very pleasant and welcoming. The lady closest to the front door assisted me with the check-in process, provided me with the necessary paperwork, and kindly offered me a water. I regret not remembering the name of the lady who conducted my X-rays, but she was exceptionally kind and patient. She explained the entire procedure in detail, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had. Dr. Win was incredibly friendly and professional. The doctor and assistants are very patient and work with you. I was very nervous and they allowed me to take breaks when needed. I did not feel rushed or like an inconvenience-they really work around your needs.
