Pretty good experience at this location. No issues with any staff and Dr Christopher Anyakorah is very personable and informative. Very easy to talk to. Most of the time I'm using the online scheduling and fill out all the info before coming in which makes the visit quicker. Also you can get all the results within the app very quickly.

Totally unhelpful staff and I was pretty unimpressed with Dr Bates as well. I recently had my physical done and then found out that I needed a simple form signed off on for my insurance my husband needs to bring it back into work with him. After two full business days it still has not been signed, keep in mind that this is not a challenging form to fill out it is a very straightforward checklist of things that need to be done at a physical with a spot on the bottom to be signed and unfortunately the Great and powerful Dr Bates has not been able to find time to do it.On top of that there's no way to call the office to check and see if it's been done or remind them on any...read full review

Disappointing Experience at Memorial Hospital SystemI recently had an unfortunate experience with Memorial Hospital System that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. The primary issue I encountered was with the unfriendly staff, who seemed to be burdened by strict rules and policies that hindered the process of setting up an emergency appointment.
