This is by far the worst experience I had in my life. I went in for a yearly checkup . My understanding of a yearly check up is to make sure you are healthy and have no problems. The doctor asked me lots of questions about family and my health which I thought wow she is amazing taking her time asking all these questions about my health. She must really care and want to make sure everything is good!!
Then I get hit with a bill for my 100% covered preventative visit. WHY? Because there has been a discussion about other issues which the doctor asked about from the first place. Long story short they scam you to use up your insurance benefits and charge you extra for anything...read full review

Went as a walk-in to this location, and there are no patients in the building . I was told that they don't have any available spots to get a yearly check-up done. Never seen a place more disappointing than this. The parking lot is completely empty, although I work for the company they couldn't make a few minutes to see me today. I see why the reviews are so bad.

Well, it finally happened to me. The poor customer service hit me. Labs were supposed to be sent. And weren’t. Then I was 5 minutes outside of the scheduled appointment time window and was told I needed to reschedule. So I will. But with a different doctor at a whole different group. I really like my doctor. But as long as she works from this office with this same front office staff, it’s a no for me. Please send me a survey Memorial Hermann. I’m letting these ladies have it! Let’s do better.
