“Dr. Coulter has amazing bedside manners, she's thorough, extremely personable, patient, and truly has her patient's best interest in mind. I'm thankful I found her! I was sad when I initially had to start looking for a new PCP, but finding her has been a welcomed transition and I feel I'm truly in great hands.
Sidenote - the front desk person should say her name when she answers the phone. This offers a warm and more personable experience when you call, especially given this is a private practice. As a patient, I should know the names of the people I interact with the most. This is actually something I've noticed is inconsistent with nurses as well. Please tell every patient your name before you begin asking questions, and taking vitals. This too is a way to offer great customer service and a more welcoming experience.
