I wanted to detoxify to help kickstart my diet and they were so helpful! Ping and the rest of the staff at LavaBene were friendly, informative, and helpful. Getting into a pod and feeling the sweat begin to pour immediately was much more than I expected. Having time to kick back while my body slowly stopped sweating was nice and relaxing too. I recommend these guys for sure because they know their stuff and are happy to take time to talk about it with you.
My massage therapist was fantastic. I could hardly walk when I went in. Now I am moving freely. The staff was wonderful they had me checked in and out quickly. Just a wonderful experience all around.
Today was my first visit! A gift from a friend! Ping Ping was so informative about the lava bean, how the detox works with your body heating up from the inside out. She stayed and talked to us checking our tolerance and also explained how the lava water works. I have thyroid issues and never sweat. Boy did I ever with this treatment. Will definitely come back!!
