I absolutely enjoyed my detox session at Lava Bene! I came in stressed and body aching, and I lefted feeling super relaxed and rejuvenated. I also weighed myself on the scale before and after my steam session, and I lost 2 lbs after steaming! I was shocked! I will definitely be back. Belle was very helpful and nice. Love the water too!
I wanted to detoxify to help kickstart my diet and they were so helpful! Ping and the rest of the staff at LavaBene were friendly, informative, and helpful. Getting into a pod and feeling the sweat begin to pour immediately was much more than I expected. Having time to kick back while my body slowly stopped sweating was nice and relaxing too. I recommend these guys for sure because they know their stuff and are happy to take time to talk about it with you.
My massage therapist was fantastic. I could hardly walk when I went in. Now I am moving freely. The staff was wonderful they had me checked in and out quickly. Just a wonderful experience all around.
