James is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in installing Nest thermostats. (We previously had him here for some major AC issues, which he solved so completely and saved us money.) It was SO nice to finally get a highly sophisticated and accurate modern thermostat! (a Nest 3 ordered from Amazon). These thermostats required a skilled and knowledgeable person for installation and take time to set up. So allow time! (a couple of hours) Also, allow time for James to teach you all the amazing options in the Nest thermostat. Ultimately, it will save us money in our electric bill. We have used JMS for many years, and will continue to call them for any future needs. He’s always friendly, and explains the problem and solution, and offers ideas for optional things we could do differently to prevent additional issues. Highly recommend this company!
