Zero stars if I could, 5 day turn around for 2 shirts and a pair of pants. This is a weekly occurrence, only using them due to proximity to my home. They are dishonest about timelines, bad business practice.

PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE AND DRY CLEAN. If you know what is good for your fabric. The level of incompetence is appalling. The staffing is totally rude and don’t understand the simplest instructions from a customer. Frances the lady manager is very terrible rude and her upper brain needs to be examined because her level of incompetence is shocking. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. They really deserve ZERO stars.

The article of clothing I left with Jill’s Cleaners looked better before than after service. It was returned wrinkled and disheveled. When I brought it to their attention they could have care less and made no attempt to make it better. Attendant needs to be more courteous and attentive.I will never recommend this place!!!
