I saw all the reviews about the grace period and still decided to go. The 10 min grace period is a JOKE BUT I was able to get in same day at 430. Randa P was great the whole time, I called her Monday morning bc I had not received my son digital prints we found out my email address was spelled wrong and within a matter of a hour I had the digital prints.

Terrible unprofessional customer service. Our appointment was canceled because we were late 12 minutes. Employee refused to budge even after we told her that they were family pictures for our children that were visiting from out of the country. Very poor treatment for people serving their country.

This place is really bad. They cancel your appointments at their will. We just got off a phone call with the telephone lady there who had refused to give us her name! We initially had an online appointment for a Christmas photo on 12/9/2023 for the family with our dog. When we went there all dressed up for the event they told us they couldn't do it because of a dog policy. The receptionist said that they only take photographs at the end of the day for customers with dogs, as there was an incident where someone had an allergic reaction from the dog who had been photoed earlier.
