Brought in a pair of Double H Steel Toes to get the separating heel stack and rubber sole replaced. These guys did an exceptionally good job. They look perfect. Color, shape, height, and perfectly straight. On top of all that, their in-house insoles they sew together are very comfortable. If I had a pair of boots from a grandfather, I would trust these guys.

I wanted to get my purse strap fixed. He said he could glue the rubber part that was coming off at the sides but I couldn't guarantee that it would stay. He said he could replace the whole strap for $70. That's more than the entire purse cost.

My boots had both heel tips come off. I thought about dumping them but looked up boot repair and found myself at this establishment. They were professional and within 24 hours I was texted that my boots were ready for pickup. Excellent job!
