This was the only authorized Apple repair place that I was able to get an appointment at on same day that my laptop ports were broken. (About 30 minutes before they closed too). They took my laptop in, gave me an estimate of different potential price points based on different scenarios of what the problem of my device could be. After taking my device, they diagnosed it and sent me progress updates via texts throughout the entire process. (What they were doing current, what they were going to do to fix it, when parts were ordered, etc.) I knew what was going on every step of the way.
