    I went to place flower on my mom grave and they buried someone else love one closed to my mom. Well the ground mems ran over my mom grave broke her rock that has an prayers on it,broke her lights and took her flowers that I paid for. I very mad. They gonna tell me that I can't put little trinkets on her headstone and I see it on other. That rock prayers been on her headstone for 5yrs.

    I'm deeply saddened at the services that I have received during the loss of my only beloved son! I was given a date by Stephanie that his Marker would be placed only to be told on 12/27 that it would be leaving Minnesota the 2nd week of February/23. After that, it will take another 2 weeks before it is actually placed. It's so unfortunate that you have to go through this after the loss of a love one. Loosing a love one is hard, but the lack of professionalism from this organization makes it that much harder. At the burial, we were told that my son would be buried in a certain area but upon returning to visit, he was not in the space that Stephanie originally... read full review

    A loved one was laid to rest today and the grave setup couldn’t even be presented properly.Old pieces of wood were used for support, the carpets were faded and really thin, the chair covers were not even clean. It was a mess. The green fabric that was used to cover up the machinery wasn’t long enough so the rusted pipes and cement filled wheels holding up the casket were completely visible. It was a sloppy setup and disrespectful towards family on the worst day of their lives.The crew was polite. Despite their work being routine , it was visible they understood people were grieving someone. The director was a Caucasian woman who wore sunglasses on the entire time.... read full review
