Marco gave us a very reasonable quote to get into the locked safe of our business. He spent hours trying to carefully unlock the safe without damaging it. I was sure that he was going to surprise us with a larger bill but no, he stuck his original quote and did an amazing job. He and his helper were very friendly and professional as well. I needed my front keyless entry door and a back door deadbolt rekeyed. I was on edge regarding a situation and I needed my doors rekeyed as soon as possible, so I appreciated someone answering the phone vs going to voicemail. My call to High Security Lock & Safe was answered by Marco who introduced himself right away and also asked for my name. He was very personable as well as Tony who was the tech who came to my house. Tony called to let me know that he was on his way, where he currently was, and when I could expect to see him. Tony was very efficient and from the time I called their business to the time he was walking out the door, it was right at two hours. And I didn't even explain the urgency of my need to have my doors rekeyed! I truly appreciated their professional, but personal, prompt service.
