The only nail salon I will ever go to. I have been coming to this salon for over 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. Every one is very nice and professional and they make sure you leave satisfied. The salon is always clean. Kelly always does my acrylic nails and Tan does my gel manicures. They are both great! Mary works at the front desk and she is always super nice and helpful and makes the best mimosas (they are complimentary) I recommend this salon to anyone who wants to have a spa like nail experience. They are the best!!!
So to anybody seeing negative reviews for this place, I'm just gonna say you 100% get what you pay for. I came to Genova for a pedicure and it's been a while since I had one so I treated myself to one of their luxury offerings plus I got acrylic on my big toes and shellac with the mermaid effect. From the time I came in staff was super kind and transparent. I knew the services I chose where going to be more expensive but even still they were super transparent letting me know pricing before I sat down even though I was glad to pay it.
