I had a new patient visit yesterday after my dentist of 15+ years sold his practice. I have never had a better dentist visit in my 50+ years. From the receptionists, the dental assistant (forgot her name), Tina my dental hygienist and Dr. Frost every single person was professional, polite, thorough, gentle, and educational.I'm a big baby and do not like going to the dentist and Tina was exceptional and took great care of me and was so patient. They measured and recorded periodontal pocket depth, which I have never had at any other dentist. I rarely send out a review, but I’ve had such amazing experiences with Frost Dental consistently for several years now. So, after my last visit I realized that an honest review would be a great way to show my appreciation.I used to have a dentist in Houston who “upsold” me several times and probably gave me fillings that I didn’t actually need.In all these years, I’ve never been upsold by Dr. Frost or her staff. In one instance, about 5 years ago, where I severely cracked a tooth that could not be saved, Dr. Frost and her staff handled getting it fixed and I have not had a problem with it since.The staff at Frost Dental are amazing. I rarely send out a review, but I've had such amazing experiences with Frost Dental consistently for several years now. So, after my last visit I realized that an honest review would be a great way to show my appreciation. I used to have a dentist in Houston who "upsold" me several times and probably gave me fillings that I didn't actually need. In all these years, I've never been upsold by Dr. Frost or her staff.
