Yes you have to have a little patience if you come at a busy time, but you can also call and schedule and you will have priority. They are two very hard working ladies. I have been coming here for 4 years, every 3 weeks. I feel so pampered and for such a great price! I am able to afford "extras" since the price is so reasonable :) I would recommend and also recommend to make an appointment.
