Back in November we started looking for another home. After 5.5 years of living in our old home, we knew deep down inside we wanted more, we wanted better, and most importantly we wanted something with a much nicer neighborhood. Ced Thomas is a fantastic real estate agent and made the home buying experience a breeze for my husband and me. We appreciated his patience and expertise when answering all of our questions. I know he went to bat for us when negotiating the offer on our home, as he saved us a lot of money on the closing. If/when we have to do this home buying process again, it’s nice to know we have Ced to call on. Highly recommend his services. 5/5 stars!
