I called 3 boy repair and scheduled service.but they never responded to my texts. I called and rescheduled.but they never sent a confirmation. It does not seem to be a good business..I cancelled
Horrible experience. American home sheild sent them to fix my dryer and stove back in December 2023. Going on 4 months and neither items have been fixed. They don't call you to give you an update. You have to call them. When I did call they would say that they are waiting for AHS to approve the parts. I call AHS and they put it on 3 Boys. I am dropping AHS.
