I am usually skeptical when a quote is lower than the others, but since Bar Area Roofers have many great reviews, I decided to go with them. I couldn't be happier. They arrived on time and finished in a day (we have a reasonably large house). They put down tarps to catch the debris and did a good job of cleaning up. I mentioned to them that I found a few nails in the yard, and another guy was out within the hour, going over the yard again with the big magnet picking up nails. I won't know until we have a good rain if there are any leaks, but they have a 10-year warranty, and I am sure if there are any leaks, they will be right out to fix them.
