I definitely recommend 12 Bravo. I had a full roof replacement on my two story home. They did quality work and had an attentive on site project manager following the job. They also repaired damaged soffits and fascia around the house. I was very pleased with their salesmen, quoting process, detailed communications, and their accessibility. They answered all my questions promptly and had great documentation to keep the process fair for both parties. They also provided reasonable recommendations to make repairs on discovery items and corrected small issues I found promptly. 12 Bravo is an amazing company. They have done several jobs for us..siding, garage doors, AC work and a new roof. Every job has gone well and the work has been outstanding. I also appreciate the communication I get from Stephen and/or Robin regarding when things are scheduled etc. They are our \\\"go to\\\" company.

I took advantage of 12 Bravo's roof maintanence offer to evaluate the condition of my roof. It was a good deal as they found leaking vent pipe and the plywood was soaked and ruined, making a hole that had not yet begun to rain (the reason I am glad we have not had any rain lately!). Because it was Labor Day weekend, they were not able to come until three days later.Good people and very trustworthy.Services: A/C system repair
