Today’s visit was a wellness check and to review the current prescriptions, Dr Pursaid And her staff are very professional and courteous as always. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and attention that was given.
Dr Persaud is very professional and personable. She explains everything that you can understand. It's always a pleasure to see everyone because they make you feel like you are friends.
Dr. Persaud called last Friday changing out appt to today 4/8/24 @ 9:00 am. When we arrived at 8:45 we waited 1 hr. Then was called to reception and told we needed to reschedule due to the appt changed having been done on internet. NOT SO! we waited another hour to see a physicians assistant, Lea Thomas, who was wonderful, and left the office at 1235. Be aware of your time, when going to this facility!! My Dad is diabetic, 90 years old, and we had to rush to get food to avoid a crisis. very disappointed.
