Previously, your techs changed my PD that the Dr stated on my prescription and I told them to follow the Dr's orders but they didn't which is why I haven't been back in over 8 years. Berenice was extremely helpful, professional, and sweet helping me and my wife.

I think she has a great future given her customer service skills and her personality.

I manage a facility with 25 technical folks and I sure wish they were as good as her.
