Air Tech Daniel serviced our HVAC system today. He is very professional and thorough and advised us on some issues of our system that need to be addressed. He performed a complete inspection of the system and explained the options and their cost He is very knowledgeable and patient while answering my questions. We are very satisfied with the service he provided for us today
Kane Monthie was the service tech that came to evaluate my AC problem & he was courteous, efficient, checked to see if parts were still under warranty and offered me several service options. He explained things to my satisfaction and set up for the job to be done the same day. Ricardo Garcia came back to do the work & was polite & diligent in getting the work done. I am very happy with the service provided.
Kane provided professional service today. He documents his work well and keeps us informed as the work progresses. He reset our system under service agreement secondary to power surge. He washed our outdoor unit. He even washed the outdoor unit of our neighbor who we referred to AToP. We are well pleased with Air Tech of Pasadena.
