“Honestly this place is amazing. Exemplary all throughout. This was my first time here and it won’t be my last! Upon booking my appt, I was greeted by friendly staff who were very informative and happy to answer any and all questions I had. I booked my appt with Ms. LaShawnda because I was told she was one of the specialists in curly hair and they were NOT wrong! First things first, upon entering the salon the vibe was immaculate. The front desk was super friendly in person as well. The salon is so clean and tidy and has an array of products of display neatly organized. The jewelry displayed was all very beautiful and they even have a boutique of women owned brands which was so awesome! When my appt time came Ms. LaShawnda was punctual and very friendly. Before we even got started with any service she took the time to get to know me, my hair and do a full and thorough consultation which was honestly such a big plus in my book. She asked me questions and answered all of mine to make sure she understood what it was I wanted. Never in my history of getting my hair done at other places have I ever experienced that level of attentiveness to the craft. It made me so happy and comfortable that I was getting my hair serviced here. Once my service finished, she was very thorough in explaining how best to maintain and upkeep my hair and which products would best suit my hair type. I’m so happy that I came here and looking forward to future appts I’ll be making from now on! I left feeling happy and confident!“
