    Every time I come here, I am met with great customer service! Tyler in particular is wonderful guy and is so helpful! He is patient when answering all my questions and adds great insight as well!

    I was originally sent by Verizon to Best Buy to pickup a new cellphone. When I arrived at Best Buy, I was warmly greeted by an employee at the front door and I explained my mission. He correctly directed me to their pickup department where I learned my new iPhone had not been sent directly to their store but instead had been sent to a nearby vendor location. Best Buy gave me perfect instructions to the vendor's store where o wasted 5-6 hours just trying to pickup my new cellphone. But that's another review... and, it won't be favorable at all, like this one. Great job Best Buy!

    This review is for the Geek Squad. A special shout out to Christopher!! He took my call into the Squad and patiently explained what I needed, how much and how long it would take. When I arrived to the store drop off I was told that I had to wait for an hour with only 2 customers ahead of me. After 20 minutes I called Christopher who came right out from the back and had my laptop registered on ready for repairs. I mentioned to him a lady that was already waiting for over an hour. He also took care of her. Christopher is the face of GREAT customer service! Give him a raise!!! BTW my computer was ready early - really early like 24 hours early and it is working awesome.
