“Alejandra at Magenta Flower Shop is a professional and dedicated person who cares so much for her customers. I called her from Portland, OR on Saturday and asked for some flowers to be sent on Sunday for a funeral event in Pasadena. Alejandra was patiently listing to my requests and made some suggestions as well. Remember that they are NOT Open on Sundays, but she did helped us and delivered it on a Sunday. Alejandra even went above and beyond and sent me a picture of the order before the delivery time.

Called him up to see if he recieved it the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered and because of a power outage he had not.
