Setting the appointment was super easy and the phone was repaired and ready within the hour. This is the 2nd time I have used this business for a claim. The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of damage to the phone both times.
The first time, they set the phone on something hot that essentially melted the back a little, pointing it out himself. I believe he offered to fix it, but I respectfully declined as I didn't want to deal with it at the time.

Very pleased with my repair and service. I was able to make an appointment for the very next day. My phone was taken right away and fixed in a short amount of time. Orlando was polite and professional. I highly recommend!!
Simple and friendly service. There was a few people ahead of me and it still took less than an hour to get all of our phones repaired. Highly recommend to anyone needing a cell phone repair service.
