Patients praise the exceptional care at PRMC's Wound Care Center, where the "very caring staff" healed them "tremendously." In the ER, one reviewer had a "great experience" with short waits, efficient triage, and excellent care from Dr. Jordan and the nursing staff. However, another reviewer had a mixed experience. While the Case Management team, including Sonia and Carlos, were "extremely caring and empathetic," providing excellent support, the initial ER check-in lacked the same level of concern, with staff often responding with "I don't know."
