“Came home from work Tuesday and A/C wasn't working properly. Lines were iced over at the unit. Stopped by Paris Air Wednesday morning on the way back to work and submitted a service request. Casey called at 11am and met me at my home. Casey completed a thorough diagnostic and concluded the ECM on the blower motor was bad. They ordered a replacement and Thursday morning Casey returned and replaced the part. It is 9:45am and my home is once again cold. I highly recommend Paris Air. They own a walk-in building right down the street. Local people that live here in Paris. Don't trust some stranger on Facebook Marketplace. Pay a few dollars more to have it done right the first time while supporting our local businesses.“
