“I met Mr. Simpson a partner in Steep Roofing shortly after we had suffered roof damages form the Hail Storm of 06/11/2023. Like many other Roofers Mr. Simpson was working my neighborhood subdivision trying to secure sales for roof replacement. During that period many roofers descended on our subdivision and a week after the storm there was a crescendo of the sounds of roofs being replaced with no HOA approval or City of Plano Permits. The other Roofers and sales people were very aggressive and pushy. Mr. Simpson was very respectful and his sales approach was none pressured. I was impressed with Mr. Simpson sales approach and I told him that I would be willing to work with him on my roof replacement however I was not ready to replace my roof immediately. However, I did have an elderly client who need her roof replace and she had asked for my help. I recommended her to Mr. Simpson. Mr. Simpson got the job with my client and he replaced her roof. My client reported back to me her satisfaction with the work of Mr. Simpson and the fact that he did not pressure her or try to take advantage of her.
It would take me over a year before I would replace my roof. During the period I was in touch with Mr. Simpson with different questions about roofing. I finally decided on getting my roof replaced on or around July 31st of 2024. Mr. Simpson worked collaboratively with me to get my roof replaced in a timely manner and in accordance with HOA rules and City regulations.
I give MR. Simpson and Steep Roofing and Construction a Five out of Five stars for, their professionalism, professional courtesy and patience. I am 100 % satisfied with he work and the services that I received from Steep Roofing.“

“Dave and Blake are exceptional. I will always use them for roofing needs and honestly for any advice for things that need to be done to my house. It all started when the insurance company said I didn’t need a new roof. Dave and Blake came out , along with several others, and said that I did. Apex stood out because they were able to send my insurance company a typed up bid and even put in the codes of my town and why I needed a new roof. Dave and Blake then had to get a public adjuster at no cost to me out there , and when that didn’t work the adjuster said I should go with a lawyer. The roof got paid for and they did an exceptional job. New roof, new gutter, wood repair and paint, they know everyone you need. The house looks amazing and they were there for me through it all. I will always use them.“

“I had my 23 yr old tile roof totally replaced. I had tons of leaks because of the thin shingle type underlayment that was used with my original roof.I met with them several times with pages of questions concerning quality of materials and process. I had done a lot of research down to the type of nails used and they had all the right answers. This was the best money I have ever spent. I have a stamped driveway so they covered it with plywood to make sure the large machinery did not cause any damage. The work was perfection in alignment, custom color spread etc. They cleaned up each day after completion. They worked with me to use the best underlayment to insure I did not have similar problems again. My roof was difficult because it had some challenging roof design issues. They came up with some ingenious solutions that solved the roof design/ rain flow problems. Absolutely No leaks and no worries since the work was complete.
