We picked up our trumpet rental and at the first lesson the instructor gave the highest compliments to the quality, shape, and cleanliness of the trumpet. The case is topnotch and the trumpet is beautiful. We have been so pleased with their knowledge and clear communication!
Brought my granddaughters marching horns here- my 1st time. My son had been using another music repair company that could not fix the alto sax. Dana recognized multiple issues right away when I brought them in. The instruments received excellent repair. Dana also explained clearly what needed to be repaired. At pick up, he gave me other suggestions to pass onto my granddaughters. Repair cost was very fair and the "love" they showed the instruments made them ready for marching season! Thank you so much!
This is the place one wants to have repairs. The instrument is repaired onsite with the professional technician. He is there to answer my specific questions. The work was excellent! Any issue can be handled professionally, respectfully, and (this is very impressive) with a passion for his craft. It is fun to work with such a master of his craft.
