Our family has been using One Step Pest Control for probably a dozen years. Always a friendly technician when they come on site, informative and regardless of the tier of service you have selected for that day always happy to help with questions or advice with any problems we are having with bugs.
Today Jamie came out from One Stop, he was super helpful, great with our dogs, easily moving them inside and outside as he took care of the service. It's redundant to say that we'll call them again but the service is strong enough that I hope others discover them.

One stop came out because we had a carpenter ant problem between the wall where both bathrooms are located. THey were able to treat the issue effectively and we have not had any issues since they were out. They also did a treatment for other insectes and roaches inside and outside. We have not seen any insects or roaches since the treatment. I bought the yearly plan and it was extrememly affordable. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend for any exterminator needs. We will use them form now on.

Very friendly, quick and easy! Had a big bald faced hornet nest forming on our house and they took care of it with ease. They had no problem sharing their knowledge and experience. Highly recommend!
