“My experience here was a dream!! I had a terrifying experience with a huge sugaring company and never went to get sugared again (Rude receptionist, even ruder sugarista, comments about my body). Then I found Felicia. My experience with her was the complete OPPOSITE and she truly changed everything for me. “Amazing experience here! Katie is skilled and also such a beautiful and kind person who really cares about her clients and wants to do what is good for them. The atmosphere in the building and Katie's engaging conversation made for a very relaxing vibe as well. For backstory, I called to ask if anyone had time for a lash extension fill and was told I could come in. Turns out my mom needed more than just a fill, a lot of her extension lashes just fell right off with brushing so there wasn't as much left as it appeared. Katie was super nice even though she only expected to do a fill. She was super informative and helpful and let us know how my mom's old heavy extensions were bad for her lashes and making them fall out. She gave her instructions and advice to keep her eyes from getting irritated again and to help her lashes recover. After removal and cleaning, Katie skillfully gave my mom a beautiful set of lashes that look glamorous and dramatic the way she likes, but without being excessive and hurting her like the old ones. These new lashes are light and practical while being super pretty. She made time to help my mom and did a wonderful job both with the extensions and with explaining everything nicely and in a way that's easy to understand.
