This included a leak behind the washer that had not been fixed properly in the past. Gilbert's painter, Miguel was excellent. He went the extra mile to ensure a beautiful finish. Other paint contractors had suggested an oil/based finish or another type. Gilbert suggested a lacquer finish and it is beautiful.“

“I’m not sure where to start. They are amazing doesn’t describe this company. They haven’t installed my walk in shower yet or my new tub. They made sure i’m taken care of. They worked with
me and ensure that I am getting what I needed. I’m an Army veteran, purple heart recipient that got wounded in Iraq. My back is now all messed up and have difficulty getting in and out of the shower. They made sure that I could get this and did everything on their power to get me what I needed. They are extremely veteran friendly. I will update this after they do the install but I have all the confidence it will be great. If you have the choice and lucky enough, ask for Matt. He is amazing. Doesn’t do that high pressure on you and force you to get anything. So please go with Matt.
I don’t know about anyone else but I was surprise and he treated me extremely well which is what lead me to get both bathrooms done. I want my money to go to a company that will look out after me. Remodels are never cheap and the life time warranty is also a huge seller. Most if not all contractors, they do the job and that’s it. You’ll be lucky to get them back out to fix anything that goes wrong. I’ve gone through this with contractors plenty as i’m remodeling the whole condo. GO WITH BATHFITTERS IF YOU CAN.“
