I brought my new puppy Toby in for his first visit, and he was so relaxed, he fell asleep in the waiting room! We had to wake him up to go get him weighed. The doctor and staff were very welcoming.
I don’t usually post reviews, but I had to after my visit today. The staff here is brilliant. From the lovely receptionist to the kind vet tech who soothed my skittish Butters, I knew I was in good hands. When the doctor treated my kitten, he was kind, informative, and patient—his bedside manner and thorough exam were excellent. I didn’t know what to expect when I set my appointment, but it wasn’t this! I wish all doctors and staff were like what I experienced today. ALAH has a patient for life.
This was the first time I have used Arkansas Lane Animal Hospital. Dr. Benton sat down with me to go over bloodwork and took time to have a full conversation about options. Everyone was friendly and professional. No long waits. My experience was easily five stars. Highly recommend.
