Saw my kitten even though we didn’t have an appointment. Very thorough, caring, and compassionate. Saw my kitten 2 more times before he passed and did everything they could. Would highly recommend, will be bringing all my animals here.
Not going to lie, I was a little timid going in with my dog, with him being an outside dog, let's just say he had his share of ticks, so let's just say I was ready for some sort of lecture. But it was the total opposite, the staff treated me and my dog Max, with all the professionalism a person could ask for. The vet, Dr. Geneva Heinkel and the student vet, sorry cant remember her name, but they treated my dog, and told me wat I needed to know. I would recommend her to anyone to treat their pet. Thank you, Carson Co. Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Hienkel for everything.
Dr. Carroll is excellent and very knowledgeable. The facility is very clean. All of the staff is attentive. I have had Dr. Carroll preform two procedures under anesthesia for a cat and a canine. She did wonderful on both. I highly recommend her and she is totally worth the drive. If you are in the Texas Panhandle this is the best possible care available. Dr. Carroll is also the ONLY board certified veterinarian in the Texas Panhandle. Accountable, professional, competent and affordable is what you can expect.
