Great people to work with. They handle all of our IT and FTC compliance. They are very responsive and actually answer their own calls. Calls are not handled by a 3rd party. If you are a business that needs to be FTC compliant or need IT help they are very dependable
I had a major issue with my computer not coming on and I needed a document for a meeting that was on my computer.. The staff was very accommodating and kept me filled in with what was happening with the repairs. The repairs were completed in a reasonable amount of time. When given the invoice the charges were less then what was quoted and it still took a great deal of time for the repairs. I highly recommend Vision Computer Services. Thank you for your service! Will definitely use this company again!
