I bought carpet from premier flooring for my house. In April this year High quality carpet. When it.
Was installed, it was not a good job. bubbles are in the carpet? In one place, looks like a section of pad under the carpet has been cut out and In some places, it's not stuffed very good under the baseboard. In one closet there's a trap door to go under the house. I asked to cut out for the door it was not done I mean, I had to come behind and do it myself. November the 29th 2024 I want to premiere flooring. Ask for someone to come out and look at the carpet. I am still waiting today. Nobody respond.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Low quality flooring, TERRIBLE INSTALL. The flooring was not even laid all of the way to the wall and trash all over the house after they were done. Promised to come repair and MONTHS later and multiple phone calls later still “on a repair list”. Shady business man and low quality material and even worse service. Will use another business on all future properties in town.

Do NOT use Premier flooring. They helped us match some tile for our bathroom and ordered it and it did not match. Why did they order if if they knew it didn't match. Then wouldn't even try to consider trading or helping us find the right one. It was all our fault according to them. They are taking no responsibility at all. The color or the texture. We even took a sample up there. They are supposed to be the ones that know what they are doing. Then the owner cussed at my husband and me and accused us of the tile being so dirty from soap scum that it wouldn't match. We tried to shop local but this won't happen again.
