Hall Heating and Air did an Awesome job. It started with a call and Holly in the office. She was so kind and understanding with helping us through the stress of no heat in the house. Not only did she get Ramon out here, but she also gave other suggestions on other things to us country newbies. Ramon came out and did a thorough evaluation and provided multiple options. Hall’s offers financing which was a HUGE blessing especially with this being an unexpected cost. We were kept informed during the install, they communicated effectively, and the expectations met all of those and more. Hall's is the best. They are always prompt, courteous, and professional. Ryan, Jacob and Hector replaced all of our attic ducts, proved the system and left without a trace in a half-day, all at a fair price.

Jasper was a very diligent gentleman. He explained to me all of my unit's issues and recommended future service needs in order to ensure that my unit continues to work properly. I felt at ease knowing that he had my best interest. I live out of state and Jasper gave me a big piece of mind that he took care of my unit even though I am thousands of miles away. Thank you Jasper for you help.
