They seem nice at first. And all is good unless an accident happens and then want to be rude to you when you have concerns. The office lady pitched an attitude with me when I called to voice my concerns of having a river flowing under my house from the plumbers hitting the city main water line. Then she hung up on me ?. And then demanded payment even though the job is not complete. I understand accidents happen, but there's no reason to handle it the way they did. Will not recommend Bob's plumbing to anyone!!

They came out and ran new line into the main in the Alley. Very professional and nice and the price was certainly reasonable and worth every bit we paid them. We would highly recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing problem.Services: Plumbing leak detection
