I was so devastated because I had a huge knot as a result from k-tip extensions that I had DID MYSELF and Beauty from Belen was so insanely generous for taking me on short notice and immediately took me in to help me and my situation out. She helped me detangle my hair and undo an enormous knot in my hair from foreign extensions (I thought I was going to need a fade or a wig) But with Belen's miracle hands I was touched by an angel and I managed to keep my hair while adding length and getting 22' weave extensions!!! She was very nice and took her time with my nails, and made conversation with me most of the time... The only thing is I do have a tiny cut on my right index finger and right pinky which I assume can happen, I'm not used to getting my nails done so yeah.
