I highly recommend working with Picket Fence Realty for any home purchases. I worked with John to purchase a couple of properties for my family recently, and he went above and beyond on everything from handling communication between the seller's agent and title company, coordinating inspections, getting repair quotes, and sharing contact information for reliable contractors. He did a lot of leg work that I haven't seen other realtors do, including remedying an issue himself that was preventing us from closing and that the seller refused to remedy. Overall, it was a positive experience and would work with them again.
