They took my part order, confirmation email came, but after that nothing. 2 weeks later I emailed them and ask for status. No response. Asked once more. No response. Called, but answering machine, which is full message box.I canceled my order today, hope they don't screw up payment.

Good afternoon, I have been waiting for an order for more than a month and it hasn't arrived and the truth is that I don't want it anymore and I want to cancel and get my money back but they don't even answer if anyone knows how to tell me

CALL THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBER! (I put this first because a number of reviews I read were saying they couldn't get a hold of anyone) on to my review: I used their website to order a choke cable for my 2007 Honda Shadow Sabre and after I ordered I looked at their google reviews and got nervous. About a week after I submitted my order I hadn't heard from them and my order was still pending. I gave their main number a call and I got their voicemail and it was full. I was beginning to panic. I called the toll free number and got a hold of a guy in the parts department. He found my order and my part was in the shipment they received that day and he got it shipped.
