“I’ve been tanning at BB since 2008. The last year I haven’t gone as much due to moving more North of Orange. However, I have a vacation coming up so I went in to see what deals they had and ended up purchasing the half year special memorial weekend. Then…..when they opened back up after the holiday there was a sign posted that the orange location is permanently closing. I’m very frustrated because if I had known or if it was mentioned to me, I would have just purchased a month or a package of 10 tans. No way am I going to be able to maintain a nice tan once they close this location. Driving to bridge city and vidor is not ideal. I’ll probably realistically go once a week when that happens just so I don’t feel like my tans are going to complete waste. I really just threw money down the drain. I expressed to the worker that I am astonished because of how recent my purchase was. She showed zero empathy. I still love bronze body, but I’m having second thoughts about purchasing anything else after this last experience. I miss Blaise being there too, he knew all the products. Now when I walk in and ask about the products I can’t get help making a good decision about what to buy because they are clueless about what they are selling. I’ll miss BB in orange and hope they eventually make their way back.“
