Greedy water company quick to tack on extra fees. Use bill pay to pay water bill every month on time and can prove when transactions were made by online account but if the bill pay company check is a few days behind they immediately charge an extra 25. The water is way over priced and low quality. They basically stole over 1000 from me when I purchased the vacuum system for our sewer with the promise to refund me for the two other accounts who tied into the vacuum system we purchased. Guess what? Never credited our bill and played ignorant

Sorriest water supply company in setx! Pay more than electricity for water you cant drink, hate to do your laundry in it, and take a shower in it just to still be dirty! Should be able to give zero star ratings, needs to be shut down!

My experience with Orangefield Water Supply has been extremely disappointing. They refuse to make any adjustments to anyone's bill, even when I can provide legitimate proof that the water I used was for filling a pool and not for sewage. It's frustrating to be charged for services I didn't use, and their unwillingness to address this issue feels like outright theft. They seem completely unapologetic about it, which only adds to the frustration.

I would suggest digging a well & installing a septic system before agreeing to do business with these thieves. If you're hooked up to their utility and use zero water or sewer, you'll still be charged a $100 monthly minimum—adding...read full review
